Frequently Asked Questions

The time depends on the size of the project and how many people are on site doing the work. A typical project could take anywhere from 2 days up to 6 weeks.

Please note we will give you lead times during the quotation process.

Yes, this is provided during the quotation process and again during the pre-start meeting.

Fees can change if the project scope it changed, then we will issue another quote for additional work.

We mainly use Dulux, however also use Johnstones and Crown.

Yes, we provide help and guidance during the site visit.

We protect furniture and floors by putting dust sheets down to protect the area.

After we have completed a job, a member of our team will conduct audit listing any snags. We provide the snag for you to check and approve then we address the issues.

Once the quotation is approved, your point of contact will be the contracts manager. Any issues or questions please speak directly to the contracts manager.
